Keith Olsen grew up in Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in mass communications/English. He is a former newspaper executive with The Rocky Mountain News, and later served as a corporate executive and board member for a national franchise company. He is currently a real estate broker, investor, and writer.
He is the author of a real estate investment book, Absolutely the Best Career Exit Strategy, published by Create Space (Amazon) copyright 2008. The book is marketed through Amazon.com, Barnes & Nobel, and Target.com, among other websites, and has been a consistent seller.
Two direct critical influences con his writing ame from professors at the University of Denver: John Edward Williams, who shared the National Book Award in 1973 for his novel, Augustus (Viking, 1973), and John Dunning, author of Booked to Die (Scribner, 1992 - winner of the 1992 Nero Award).
Keith has been a freelance writer for dozens of websites, including eHow.com, contributing hundreds of articles on business, real estate, and travel. He has also written booklets and articles for dozens of clients on subjects as diverse as crime scene investigation methodology to stuck pipe problems in oil drilling.
